How it works
The science behind our teachings
Neuroscience of the Flow State:
Involvement of the Locus Coeruleus-Norepinephrine System
The locus coeruleus-norepinephrine system is a key brain structure and neurotransmitter system involved in arousal, attention, and stress responses
Flow State
Sometimes described as being "in the zone"
Flow is a state of full task engagement that is accompanied with low-levels of self-referential thinking.
Flow is a state of high engagement where individuals feel a sense of effortless action and control, leading to increased productivity and enjoyment.
In other words: Flow state leads us to Peak Performance.
Flow is considered highly relevant for human performance and well-being and has, therefore, been studied extensively.
Peak performance
...comes down to our ability to be
Curious
We need to have an interest
Passionate
Be inspired by that interest
Purposeful
Connect that interest to inner and outer transformation
Autonomous
Have the freedom to pursue that interest
Masterful
Have opportunities to challenge ourselves
Interesting! How does it work?
Our brain/mind is powered by an efficient set of neurotransmitters that produce the wide range of impulses and actions that make this process come to life.
Our ability to progress from interest to mastery is something that is not only possible but extremely intrinsically pleasurable. In fact, it is more fulfilling than most other activities.
What makes Peak Performance unique is that our risk/reward centers, our pro-social centers, our pleasure centers, and our pain-relieving centers all fire at the same time while our rational mind steps to the side and rests.
Neurotransmitters
Six primary neurotransmitters in this process
What makes these six so special is that they are the multi-tools that most of us recognize in experiences like Runner's High, Falling in Love, Pain Relief, Excitement, Bonding, Fight or Flight, Risk and Reward, Healing, and the Immune Response.
The importance of the flow state is that it activates all six Neurotransmitters simultaneously and may be the only process that does so.
Dopamine
Serotonin
Norepinephrine
Anandamide
Endorphins
Oxytocin
When I think of what makes advanced yogis, I think of how frequently they are able to find flow, what percentage of their time is spent in a flow state, and how committed they are to sharing their insights with others.
That to me, is the true definition of a practitioner.
Life Force
Remove the illusion of separation
You can let go of your "self" and connect to the Love and Life Force to express the art of authentic, genuine communication and connection
This removes the illusion of separation and allows us true connection to our Life Force
This life force energy connection transports us into the flow of love to learn how to love ourselves unconditionally
MANIFEST!
Unconditional love for yourself allows a mega-boost for whatever you want to manifest in this world!
Learn to look at yourself and remove the blocks that are obstructing your energy flow to Manifest what you want and need in this world!
ALL this life force energy is flowing to your tap every minute of every hour of every day.
Why don't I have what I want?
Energy blocks!
Learn to look in the mirror for yourself and see the blocks.
Once you can see them: learn how to remove them.
Once those energy blocks are removed: learn how to make sure they are never able to be put back into place.
Once you learn how to never allow them a place: learn how to fill that space with what you actually want.
Dream. Big.
Thank you Miig Wiich Giitchi Manidoo!
Thank you, Great Spirit, for giving all of us the ability and energy physically, mentally, spiritually and emotionally to bring back the good red road to as many people and beings as possible.
For giving me the humility, true strength, confidence and power to love all and guide all back to you within themselves.
